We keep it simple. If you join the waitlist, we collect:
Waitlist info
Name, email, company/shop, and role (if provided).
Optional notes
Anything you type into an open field (goals, pain points, comments).
Basic analytics (if enabled)
General usage like page views and referrers (no creepy “follow-you-around” behavior).
Why we collect it
- To contact you about early access, onboarding, and product updates.
- To prioritize features based on what real shops actually need.
- To respond if you reach out with a question or request.
How we store and protect it
Secure storage
Waitlist submissions are stored in a secure system used by ICS.
Limited access
Access is restricted to the minimum people required to support early access.
No selling
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can access it
- Island City Systems (internal access only).
- Trusted service providers used to run the site and forms (if any).
- We do not share your information with third parties for advertising.
Your choices
Unsubscribe
Request to stop product updates at any time.
Delete
Request deletion of your waitlist info.
